Sonoma Linen

Longwood FabricL9378-02

Sonoma Linen is a softly woven cream fabric with a relaxed, airy look and a subtle linear grid running through the surface. The colourway reads as warm linen rather than stark white, giving it an easy, softened finish.

About this fabric

From the Longwood collection by Larsen, Sonoma Linen has a width of approximately 144cm and is woven in 60% linen, 33% wool and 7% polyester. The cloth shows a light cream base threaded with slightly deeper beige and taupe lines, creating a fine, crosshatched texture that feels calm and quietly structured. Its surface looks dry and natural rather than glossy, which lets the woven pattern sit gently across the fabric. With no repeat both vertically and horizontally approximately, it has a free, organic rhythm that suits tailored but relaxed interiors. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for specification purposes.

How to use it

This warm cream tone works well with oak, chalky paint colours and stone finishes, especially where you want the weave to add depth without strong contrast. Use it for curtains or upholstery in rooms that need a lighter, softer alternative to pure white.

Pair with pale timber and soft neutrals for an easy, understated scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
