About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Orso Fumee is a fabric with a natural, matte hand and a straightforward plain appearance. The 138cm approximate width and repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm make it a simple, versatile cloth for tailored making-up. In this colourway the tone reads as smoke-black rather than jet black, with subtle green-grey undertones that appear at the edges of the weave. The result is a calm, contemporary neutral that feels grounded and refined rather than stark.

How to use it

Use Orso Fumee on structured upholstery pieces where the near-black shade can frame the furniture silhouette. It also works well with pale stone, warm oak and brass finishes for a crisp but restrained contrast.
