Oscar Azur reads as a soft, powder-blue linen with a gently washed, matte surface. The colour is cool and airy, with a lightness that sits comfortably between sky and duck egg.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen and measuring approximately 142cm wide, Oscar Azur has the relaxed handle and natural texture you expect from a pure linen cloth. The surface shows a fine, even weave with no visible pattern repeat, letting the colour itself do the work. Its pale azure tone feels fresh rather than bright, with a slightly diffused finish that softens edges and catches light quietly. With no repeat to interrupt cutting, it is an easy fabric to use across simple upholstery pieces or clean-lined curtains.

How to use it

Use this blue on a relaxed armchair, loose cover, or curtain to bring a cool, coastal note into a pale interior. It pairs especially well with limewashed woods, chalk white, and sandy neutrals.

A calm powdery blue linen that works beautifully across loose upholstery and easy drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
