About this fabric

This colourway sits in a gentle beige range, with a pale oat cast that feels warm rather than grey. The surface shows a fine, closely woven texture, and the small 3cm by 3cm repeat suggests a subtle overall structure rather than an obvious motif. Woven in a 40% viscose, 38% cotton, 16% linen and 6% polyester blend, it has the balanced handle of a mid-weight furnishing cloth. At approximately 138cm wide, it is a practical scale for both upholstery and drapery applications where a quiet neutral is needed. The restrained finish and light-catching weave make it an easy partner to natural woods, stone and warmer fabrics.

How to use it

Use Finmere Beige on a sofa, cushioned banquette or relaxed curtains where you want a calm neutral that still feels tailored. Its soft beige warmth pairs especially well with bleached oak, putty paintwork and deeper earthy accents.

A restrained neutral that layers easily with timber, linen and deeper accent tones.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
