About this fabric

This Pelham fabric is woven in a balanced blend of 45% viscose, 22% linen, 18% cotton, 14% polyester and 1% polyamide, which gives the cloth its crisp, slightly dry handle and gentle tonal variation. The repeat is approx. V 8cm / H 7cm, and in this colourway the tiny pattern reads as a neat lattice of pale blue-grey with warmer oatmeal flecks caught between the threads. At approx. 141cm wide, it is a practical width for coordinated upholstery or softer furnishing projects. The overall effect is restrained and elegant, with the blue staying muted rather than bright, so the surface feels composed and easy to live with.

How to use it

Use Beal Blue on a sofa, bedside chair or tailored cushions where its cool, softened blue can sit comfortably alongside natural wood and linen. It also works well in a calm study or sitting room, especially with chalky neutrals and deeper navy accents.

Pairs neatly with pale oak, chalk whites and muted green accents.
