About this fabric

Velours Tosca Or from Manuel Canovas is a fabric with a small repeat of approximately V 1.5cm / H 2cm and a width of approximately 138cm. Its 92% viscose and 8% polyester composition gives the cloth a subtle lustre that picks up the light across the tiny checked ground. In this colourway, the gold notes feel warm and honeyed rather than bright, balanced by creamy and earthy brown squares that keep the look grounded. The result is a smart, compact design that feels richly woven and visually active without becoming busy.

How to use it

Use this mustard-gold check on an accent chair, ottoman or banquette to bring warmth into pared-back schemes. It also works well with ivory linen, dark timber and brushed brass, where the colour reads soft and sunlit.

Pairs well with walnut woods and crisp ivory for a tailored, sunlit scheme.
