About this fabric

The close plain weave combines pale taupe, grey and softly greenish threads, creating a muted greige tone that changes gently as light moves across the surface. The restrained texture resembles linen without a pronounced motif, making this colourway especially easy to pair with warm woods, chalky whites and deeper taupes. Made from 100% polyester, the 138cm-wide fabric is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this pale greige tone on relaxed upholstery where its fine woven texture can soften angular furniture, or make it into understated curtains alongside warm ivory, mushroom and natural timber. Add darker taupe or olive accents to bring definition without losing its quiet, airy feel.

A softly textured pale greige weave that brings quiet warmth to upholstery, curtains and layered neutral schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
