FER2441 is a warm taupe chenille with a tightly packed, irregular weave that shifts between sandy beige, brown and fine black flecks. Its nubby surface gives the colour a softly mottled depth rather than a flat, uniform appearance.

About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille is specified for both contract and domestic upholstery. The close weave has a tactile, slightly rugged character, while the dark flecking gives the warm taupe ground a grounded, tailored look. FER2441 is machine washable and carries Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR®, with the option to be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this warm taupe and black colourway with dark timber, aged leather and warm neutrals for a quietly structured scheme. Its mottled surface is particularly effective on sofas, dining chairs and occasional seating where a plain fabric would feel too even.

Use this warm taupe chenille on tailored seating where its dark flecked texture adds depth without a printed pattern.
