About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a compact, tactile texture that reads as softly nubby rather than smooth or glossy. The muted berry-mauve ground is deepened by plum and burgundy threads, giving the colour gentle depth as the light moves across the surface. FER2449 is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, making it a practical choice for seating and occasional furniture. It is machine washable and carries Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR®, with treatment available to achieve contract-grade flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this dusky berry-mauve on an armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its restrained colour can bring warmth without becoming bright pink. Pair it with smoky neutrals, aged timber and muted plum or burgundy accents to pick up the darker threads in the weave.
