About this fabric

The dense, irregular weave has a tactile chenille character, while the blue-grey ground reads cool and grounded rather than bright or saturated. Small teal and slate-coloured details catch across the surface, giving the fabric a subtle heathered effect that changes gently with the light. Made from 100% polyester, Ferrara FER2455 is 138cm wide and suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable, with Domestic Cig & Match GreenFRĀ® flame retardancy that can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey colourway on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its mottled teal depth can sit comfortably with charcoal, slate, brushed metal and pale timber. The restrained texture also works well as a calm counterpoint to stronger patterned cushions.

A durable-looking mottled chenille with cool blue-grey depth and subtle teal variation.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
