About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The close-up shows a smooth, softly brushed surface with gentle tonal variation rather than a printed motif, giving the taupe colour a calm sense of depth. It is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy. The restrained colour and subtle nap make this a practical choice where a warm neutral finish is needed without a stark or glossy effect.

How to use it

Use this warm mushroom taupe on a sofa, occasional chair or upholstered headboard to soften a room with a grounded neutral. Pair it with chalky creams, natural timber and deeper brown accents to bring out the velvet’s gentle tonal depth.
