About this fabric

This Mirto colourway is a quiet blend of dusty blush and pale taupe, rather than a clear pink, giving it a softened and versatile appearance. The close-up reveals a tactile chenille surface formed by small, uneven horizontal rows, with subtle tonal variation across the weave. It is made from 87% polyester and 13% cotton, with a 138cm width, and is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. Flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade; aftercare is professional.

How to use it

Use the soft blush-taupe tone on an upholstered armchair, sofa or headboard where its warm neutrality can sit with ivory, mushroom and aged timber. Keep surrounding textures natural and lightly layered so the chenille’s horizontal surface remains visible without making the scheme feel busy.

A softly blush-toned chenille with a tactile horizontal weave, suited to relaxed upholstery schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
