About this fabric

The dense chenille weave combines 87% polyester with 13% cotton, giving this 138cm-wide fabric a substantial appearance suited to upholstered furniture. Fine variations between olive, sage and darker green threads create a softly irregular surface rather than a printed pattern. MIR3845 is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery, making it appropriate for seating in a range of settings. It requires professional aftercare and meets Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this muted olive-green colourway on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its earthy depth can anchor warm neutrals, timber and aged brass. Pair it with softer sage or textured natural fabrics to bring out the subtle tonal variation in the weave.

A dense, earthy olive chenille for upholstered seating, with a softly mottled surface that adds depth without a defined motif.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
