About this fabric

This velvet is woven from 49% viscose, 49% polyester and 2% cotton, with a 138cm width suited to upholstery applications. Its small, irregular spot pattern is predominantly cool and silvery, while ochre-gold and olive accents add restrained warmth rather than a bright, saturated contrast. The raised velvet texture gives some of the spots added depth as the light moves across the cloth. VEN3728 is rated for Contract and Domestic upholstery, with professional aftercare; it has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this pale grey colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its fine spot scale can read as texture from a distance. Echo the ochre and olive notes with aged brass, warm timber or muted khaki accessories, while blue-grey upholstery details will reinforce its cooler ground.
