About this fabric

This Venezia velvet is woven with repeated stepped geometric lines, creating nested rectangular paths across the surface rather than a conventional floral or stripe. Cream and warm ivory sections dominate, while mint green, grey-taupe and restrained blush accents add fine colour breaks within the pattern. The 49% viscose, 49% polyester and 2% cotton composition gives this 138cm-wide fabric a tactile upholstery finish. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, with professional aftercare; it meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use VEN3734 on a statement armchair, banquette or occasional seat where its cream-and-mint geometry can sit against warm timber, pale painted walls or muted taupe upholstery. The blush and green details also make it easy to link with soft rose, sage or stone accessories.

Use this softly coloured geometric velvet to bring structured pattern and gentle contrast to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
