About this fabric

The 49% viscose, 49% polyester and 2% cotton velvet combines pale aqua, silvery grey and muted sage with sharper teal spots that move across the design in irregular vertical groupings. Its medium-scale circular motif is softened by the plush-looking surface visible in the swatch, while the darker teal details add definition without making the colourway feel heavy. At 138cm wide, it is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. Aftercare is professional; it meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool aqua colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or sofa, then echo its teal marks in cushions or painted joinery. Pale wood, chalky grey and muted sage will keep the scheme light while bringing out the velvet's quieter tonal layers.

Pair this softly coloured velvet with warm timber, pale neutrals and deeper teal accents for balanced upholstery schemes.
