Baked
Reds and Yellows Paint
Baked is a warm terracotta with a muted red-brown base, settled enough for walls and handsome on woodwork. It sits in Coat Paints’ Reds and Yellows range, but reads more earthy than bright.

About this colour
This shade reads as a softened baked clay, with enough red in it to feel welcoming and enough brown to keep it grounded. On a wall, #C18469 lifts the room gently rather than pushing forward, so it can bring warmth without shouting. In north-facing light it will feel deeper, a little dustier, and more brown; in south-facing light the red and amber notes come through more clearly and the colour looks fuller. It sits well beside warm whites, tan leather, oak, walnut, and woven neutrals, and it also gives a strong, tailored edge to painted joinery in Eggshell or Soft Sheen.
How to use it
Use Baked in a sitting room, dining room, or hallway where you want warmth without a bright red. It works neatly with oak furniture, walnut woodwork, and upholstery in natural linen, russet, olive, or deep blue-green tones.
On a wall, Baked gives a warm terracotta tone that feels settled and easy to live with.
