Lettere Persiane Palissandro combines a warm taupe ground with sharply stepped Persian-inspired motifs. Coral, charcoal and cream details give the pattern a softened, woven-looking depth.

About this fabric

The design is formed from repeated angular, symmetrical motifs with a distinctly pixelated edge, including elongated forms and pointed architectural shapes. Its warm taupe background keeps the colourway muted, while coral-red outlines bring a low, dusty warmth rather than a bright primary note. Charcoal blue-grey and small cream accents add definition and make the central motifs read clearly against the ground. This fabric is catalogued in Dedar’s Printed fabrics collection, and the image shows a fine, matte textile surface with a subtly textured appearance.

How to use it

Use the taupe ground as a quiet bridge between natural timber, stone and warm neutrals, then pick up the coral in a cushion, piping or small accent chair. The charcoal detailing also works well with deeper brown or blue-grey furnishings.

The warm taupe ground softens the coral and charcoal geometric pattern, making this a confident choice for tailored upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lettere Persiane Palissandro without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
