Landscape Dorato

Fire-retardant Fabric004

Landscape Dorato presents a warm taupe ground crossed by fine cream-gold lines in a tightly organised geometric design. The pattern shifts between chevrons, stepped diamonds and angular maze-like forms, giving the surface a measured sense of movement.

About this fabric

The closely woven surface reads as a soft, warm taupe, while the lighter lines catch the eye as muted gold rather than bright yellow. Repeated zigzags, nested diamonds and broken angular motifs create a medium-scale pattern with a distinctly architectural character. Its fine, flat weave appears versatile enough to consider for either upholstery or drapery, although no composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied. This colourway feels understated and earthy, with enough tonal contrast to remain legible without becoming dominant.

How to use it

Use Landscape Dorato to bring warm taupe depth to a calm sitting room, pairing it with pale stone, walnut and aged brass. Its linear gold geometry would suit tailored curtains as well as a clean-lined occasional chair or bench.

The fine, even weave and warm taupe-gold geometry give this versatile fabric a polished, quietly decorative finish.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Landscape Dorato without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
