About this fabric

Cordoba Indigo from Fryett's Fabrics' Magma collection is a 140cm-wide fabric in 61% polyester and 39% viscose, with a 27cm vertical and 35cm horizontal pattern repeat. The visible surface has a woven, slightly nubby handle that reads substantial rather than airy, which is why it sits naturally in upholstery use. This colourway blends smoky indigo with deep charcoal, black and pale stone, so the pattern feels crisp but not bright. The contrast is tempered by the textured weave, giving the design depth and a quietly tailored finish. Care is NQT1<.

How to use it

Use Cordoba Indigo to bring pattern and depth to a sofa, accent chair or banquette, especially in rooms with pale timber, limestone or soft grey walls. Its muted blue tone adds interest without overpowering calmer schemes.

A tailored indigo weave that works well on statement seating or ottomans.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
