Amalfi Duck Egg

Misc Fabric

Amalfi Duck Egg pairs a crisp pale ground with a raised damask in a soft blue-grey duck egg tone. The pattern feels airy and decorative, with enough presence to read clearly without looking heavy.

About this fabric

This Fryett's Fabrics textile is 137cm wide and has a 44cm pattern repeat, giving the damask a generous, statement scale across the cloth. The composition is 61% Pol, 9% Vis, 21% Cot and 9% Lin, which helps explain the fabric’s balanced, softly textured handle. In this colourway, the motif reads as a muted duck egg with a cool, powdery cast rather than a bright blue, so the design stays calm and easy to place. The woven pattern stands out gently against the pale background, adding definition without sharp contrast. Care instructions are NQT1<.

How to use it

Use Amalfi Duck Egg where you want a light, tailored look with a little pattern interest, such as upholstered dining chairs or relaxed curtains. Its cool duck-egg tone pairs especially well with white paint, pale oak and other soft neutrals.

A fresh duck-egg damask that works beautifully on elegant upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
