Berlin Indigo

Magma Fabric

Berlin Indigo brings together a layered geometric pattern and a cool indigo palette with blue-grey and charcoal tones. The design reads as structured and architectural, with a subtle woven texture that softens the sharper shapes.

About this fabric

This 145cm-wide fabric is woven in 79% polyester and 21% viscose, giving the surface a smooth but slightly tactile finish. The 41cm vertical by 34.5cm horizontal repeat creates a bold, repeating geometric arrangement that feels tailored and graphic. In this colourway, the indigo sits between denim blue and slate, with smoky grey and near-black accents that deepen the pattern without making it feel heavy. It has enough visual impact for upholstery while still carrying the layered movement that works well in soft furnishings. Care code NQT1< is supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Berlin Indigo works well on a clean-lined armchair, ottoman or scatter cushions where the large repeat can be seen clearly. Pair it with pale neutrals, brushed metal and painted wood to let the cool blue-grey tones stand out.

Use on statement seating or cushions to bring a cool, architectural edge to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
