About this fabric

This Sherborne Poppy colourway has a saturated poppy red ground with a fine vertical slub that gives the surface a softly textured, linen-rich look. Made from 70% viscose and 30% linen, it has a smooth but slightly dry handle visible in the weave, which helps the colour feel bright and even across the cloth. With a width of 140cm and no pattern repeat, it is straightforward to pattern-match and use for larger fixed pieces. The finish feels confident and dressy, with enough texture to stop the red from looking flat.

How to use it

Use this bright red as a statement on a compact occasional chair, box cushion or headboard where the colour can stay crisp and central. It also works well against walnut, blackened metal or warm neutral walls for a sharp, modern contrast.
