Sherborne Truffle

Misc Fabric

Sherborne Truffle is a deep, warm brown with a soft matt surface and a subtle linen slub visible in the weave. The colour reads as a rich truffle tone rather than a flat chocolate, giving it gentle depth across the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in 70% viscose and 30% linen, Sherborne Truffle has the dry, slightly irregular character you can see in the fine crosshatched texture of the swatch. At 140cm wide with a 0cm pattern repeat, it is an easy plain to cut and use without needing to match any design. The deep brown shade is warm and subdued, with just enough tonal variation to catch the light without looking glossy. It feels like a refined upholstery-weight textile that could also work well for relaxed curtains and softer furnishing schemes. Care code NQT1< should be followed for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Sherborne Truffle to ground a room with darker wood, aged brass or oatmeal upholstery, where its warm brown tone adds depth without dominating. It would suit tailored cushions, headboards or full drapes in spaces that need a rich neutral with a natural linen edge.

A warm brown neutral that feels tailored and easy to layer.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
