About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Serengeti Collection, Safari Truffle is a 100% polyester fabric designed for general domestic upholstery and drapes. The swatch shows a deep brown ground with a subdued sheen, while the repeated animal and botanical motifs appear in a warm, pale neutral that gives the print a chalky, slightly vintage look. With a 140 cm width, 70 cm vertical repeat and 69 cm horizontal repeat, the design is scaled to make a strong statement across larger pieces. Its 25,000 rub test and 390 gsm weight support everyday furnishing use, and the overall effect is earthy, tailored and visually busy without feeling bright.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an accent chair, blind or curtain where the deep truffle tone can frame the safari pattern without overpowering a room. It works especially well with oak, rattan, warm stone and muted green accents.

Pair with plain linens or tan leather to let the safari motif remain the focus.
