About this fabric
This Porter & Stone fabric is woven in 93% polyester and 7% lurex, giving the surface a subtle metallic shimmer against the darker ground. At 140cm wide with a 35.5cm vertical and horizontal repeat, it is a substantial patterned textile that suits considered upholstery projects. In this colourway, the charcoal base is lifted by pale grey threads and tiny reflective accents, so the design feels sharper and cooler than a plain dark neutral. The visible weave creates a ridged, almost bark-like feather motif that brings movement without using bright colour.
How to use it
Use Luxor Charcoal on a tailored armchair, ottoman or dining chair for a refined, low-key statement. It pairs well with blackened wood, brushed nickel and pale stone tones that pick up the silver in the weave.
