About this fabric

This substantial boucle combines 45% linen, 26% wool, 26% acetate and 3% nylon in a 137 cm width. Its compact looped weave creates a nubby surface, while the oatmeal colouring shifts gently between warm beige, ivory and slightly deeper taupe-like flecks. Rated at 50,000 Martindale, it is suitable for both loose and fixed upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only; it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use this warm oatmeal colourway to upholster a generously shaped sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its looped texture can be appreciated up close. Its creamy neutral tone also works as a softly textured curtain or bedspread fabric alongside timber, stone and muted earthy shades.

A softly mottled oatmeal boucle that brings tactile warmth to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
