Baker House Linen Silver

Baker House Linens FabricBF10961.925

Baker House Linen Silver has a softly cool silver-grey appearance, with a fine, irregular linen weave visible across the surface. Its pale tone shifts subtly between warm and cool as the light catches the woven threads.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 137 cm-wide cloth shows a restrained crosshatch texture rather than a printed motif, giving the silver-grey colourway gentle depth. The quiet, lightly slubbed surface keeps the shade from appearing flat while retaining its clean, airy character. With a 50,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this cool silver-grey linen to soften a bright sitting room, tailored headboard or relaxed slipcovered chair without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with chalky whites, pale woods and muted blue-greys to echo the fabric’s understated, light-catching texture.

A cool, quietly textured linen that brings lightness and understated structure to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
