About this fabric

The pattern shows slender branching stems, dotted berry clusters and scattered elongated leaves, with the indigo markings softened by blue-grey tonal variation. Its pale blue-green ground keeps the colourway light, while the darker stems add definition and gentle depth rather than a high-contrast effect. The fabric has a usable width of 140 cm and a 230 gsm weight, making it suitable for both drapery and lighter upholstery applications. A 76 cm vertical repeat and 70 cm horizontal repeat give the trailing design a clear, measured rhythm, while the specification lists 143 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use Indigo/Seaspray at a window where its pale cool ground can retain a fresh, open feel, or pair it with chalky neutrals and blue-grey upholstery. The muted indigo branches also work well as a relaxed botanical accent on a chair or cushion.

Use the cool seaspray ground and muted indigo foliage to bring a soft botanical lift to curtains, occasional upholstery or coordinating cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chaconia Indigo/Seaspray without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
