About this fabric

This 370gsm fabric has a substantial woven appearance, with closely worked texture visible across the irregular horizontal bands. Cool indigo and blue-grey areas create depth, while parchment and pale sky-blue marks lighten the design without making it feel bright or warm. The pattern measures 63cm vertically by 64cm horizontally, allowing the layered brushwork to remain clearly present across upholstery panels. With a 137cm usable width and 229 threads per cm, it is a dense textile suited to upholstery applications.

How to use it

Use the cool indigo ground on a statement chair, headboard or sofa, pairing it with parchment upholstery accents and pale blue-grey walls to echo the fabric’s softened contrast. The horizontal movement works especially well on broad, clean-lined forms.

Use this cool indigo, sky and parchment weave to bring layered horizontal movement to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
