Thicket Jade

Defined Momentum Fabrics FabricHAF0647-02

Thicket Jade combines a cool, muted jade green with a soft cream ground in a tightly repeated broken zigzag design. The small-scale pattern has a subtly textured, woven appearance that reads as both graphic and tactile.

About this fabric

The jade lines form close-set, irregular chevrons across the cream ground, creating a lively geometric surface without the sharp contrast of a darker green. Its 418 gsm weight and 38 threads per cm give the cloth a substantial, closely constructed feel suited to upholstery. The pattern repeats every 32.6 cm vertically and 32.2 cm horizontally, allowing the rhythmic motif to continue consistently across a piece. With a 129.1 cm usable width, Thicket Jade offers practical coverage for tailored seating and other upholstered forms.

How to use it

Pair the cool jade tone with chalky neutrals, pale timber and brushed metal for a fresh, considered scheme. Use the small repeat on a chair, bench or compact sofa where its broken zigzag texture can be seen at close range.

Use this dense jade-and-cream geometric weave to bring tailored pattern and cool, textural depth to upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Thicket Jade without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
