About this fabric

The design is printed with slender, branching stems and open blooms whose dark centres and plum shadows give the flowers noticeable depth. A fine horizontal woven grain remains visible in the bronze-taupe background, keeping the overall surface softly tactile rather than flat. At 248 gsm and 138 cm wide, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern has a 68 cm vertical repeat and a 138 cm horizontal repeat, while the listed 149 threads per cm indicate a closely constructed ground.

How to use it

Use this warm, muted colourway on a statement chair, upholstered headboard or full-length curtains, then draw out the magenta with aubergine or berry accessories. Bronze hardware and dark wood will reinforce the design’s earthy depth.

Pair the warm bronze-taupe ground with dark timber, plum accents and softly brushed metals for a confident, botanical scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
