About this fabric

The design is an all-over field of tiny, closely arranged flowers, with contrasting pale lilac and yellow centres scattered through the darker berry, plum and magenta ground. In this Carnelian/Spinel/Amethyst colourway, hot pink and purple sit alongside burnt orange and coral, giving the surface a warm, energetic intensity rather than a muted vintage feel. At 416 gsm and 136 cm usable width, this is a substantial velvet with a pronounced plush presence suited to upholstery. The pattern repeats every 31 cm vertically and 46 cm horizontally, keeping the floral texture visually continuous across a chair, headboard or sofa.

How to use it

Pair this saturated berry-and-magenta velvet with deep plum, warm rust or dark wood for a maximalist scheme, or use it as the statement upholstery against quieter neutral walls. Small-scale florals make it especially effective on curved chairs, footstools and occasional seating.
