About this fabric

This 416 gsm velvet is suited to upholstery, with a substantial presence for seating and other hard-working interior applications. The image shows tiny clustered flowers across a cool lilac-amethyst ground, punctuated by saturated pink blooms and acid yellow-green and emerald details. Its vertical pattern repeat is 31 cm and its horizontal repeat is 46 cm, keeping the floral texture finely scaled across a larger upholstered surface. The fabric has a usable width of 136 cm, a standard length of 60 m and 57.7 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use this Emerald/Amethyst/Spinel colourway on a statement armchair, footstool or compact sofa where its cool purple depth can sit against soft lavender, charcoal or warm neutral walls. Pick up the emerald and yellow-green notes with painted wood or plain cushions, while letting the pink flowers provide the sharper accent.
