About this fabric

Warm russet flamingos appear in alternating standing and bending poses across the oyster ground, while pale sage reed-like grasses create loose horizontal bands behind them. The restrained, slightly dusty colour balance gives this design a relaxed, sun-washed feel rather than a bright tropical contrast. At 320 gsm, with a 130 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 25.4 cm vertically and 34.5 cm horizontally, and the cloth is specified at 187 threads per cm.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with natural timber, oyster upholstery and muted sage accents to draw out the grasses, or use it for relaxed curtains where the russet flamingos can remain clearly visible. It also brings gentle character to an occasional chair or scatter cushions without making the room feel heavily patterned.

Use the warm russet flamingos and pale sage grasses to bring an easy, illustrated character to seating, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
