About this fabric

With a substantial 602 gsm weight and 29 threads per cm, this textile has a dense, upholstery-ready presence. Its 138 cm usable width makes the softly striated surface practical for covering wider pieces while retaining the continuity of the design. The 43 cm vertical repeat gives the horizontal, brush-like markings a gently shifting rhythm rather than a rigid stripe. Cool silver-grey dominates the colourway, while hessian beige and muted rosy-brown threads add warmth and depth across the distressed-looking ground.

How to use it

Use this cool silver-grey and hessian colourway on a generously upholstered sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its irregular horizontal texture can be seen clearly. Balance the weathered surface with warm oak, natural rush and softly coloured neutral textiles.
