Glint Sheer Onyx/Chalk

Sheers 1 FabricHAF0014-02

Glint Sheer Onyx/Chalk pairs a cool, pale silver-grey ground with narrow vertical bands of charcoal and blackened grey. The sheer surface lets light soften the contrast, while the darker marks retain a distinctly graphic edge.

About this fabric

This fine drapery fabric has a 300 cm usable width and a light 61 gsm construction, making the broad cloth particularly suited to full-height sheer curtains. Its pale grey ground appears cool and slightly misted, with irregular charcoal bands that break into feathery, brush-like sections rather than forming rigid stripes. The vertical pattern repeats every 31.1 cm, with no horizontal repeat, so the bands maintain a clean upright direction across the width. A specification of 75 threads per cm supports the fabric’s delicate, finely textured appearance without adding visual heaviness.

How to use it

Use this cool silver-grey colourway at generous window width where daylight can pass through the pale ground and pick out the charcoal bands. It works especially well with chalk walls, blackened metal and restrained monochrome furnishings.

A cool, translucent silver-grey sheer with irregular charcoal vertical bands for softly graphic full-height curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
