About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a crisp, natural handle that suits interiors needing a light but durable finish. The 137cm usable width and 35cm horizontal pattern repeat make the stripe easy to plan across cushions, blinds or statement upholstery. With a Heavy Domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale of 30,000, it is practical for everyday seating as well as drapery and accessories. The aqua stripes read cool and slightly muted against the pale ground, so the overall effect stays calm rather than vivid.

How to use it

Use Portland Somerville Aqua Flat on upholstered dining chairs, bedside heads or tailored curtains where the vertical stripe can add height. Its cool aqua notes work especially well with white-painted joinery, bleached oak and brushed nickel.

Pair with pale woods and crisp white for a fresh, coastal feel.
