About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this Portland fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe easy to plan across curtains and upholstery panels. The surface reads as a soft linen cream with faint beige-gold accents, so the pattern feels airy rather than high contrast. Its gentle waviness and fine woven texture catch the light subtly, adding movement without losing its calm character. With a heavy domestic upholstery grade, 30,000 Martindale and treatable FR suitability for both drapery and upholstery, it is a practical choice as well as a decorative one.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed upholstered chairs, Roman blinds or full-length curtains where the pale stripe can lift a room without overpowering it. It sits especially well with natural woods, putty paint colours and other quiet neutrals.

Pair with weathered oak, painted timber and pale neutrals for an easy, softly tailored look.
