Rewilding Parterre Barley Flat

SS25 Images - Verini & Rewilding Fabric

Rewilding Parterre Barley Flat pairs a soft barley-gold motif with a clean, pale ground for an airy, refined look. The repeating parterre pattern feels crisp and decorative rather than heavy.

About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a dry, lightly textured handle that suits both curtains and soft furnishings, and it is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery. The 142cm usable width and 20,000 martindale rating make it a practical choice for domestic use, with enough durability for everyday seating as well as window treatments. Its 14cm horizontal and 16cm vertical repeat gives the diamond-like parterre motif a clear, orderly rhythm across the cloth. In this barley flat colourway, the design reads as a warm pale gold on a bright ivory ground, with a gentle sunlit softness rather than a strong metallic sheen.

How to use it

Its muted barley tone works well with bleached oak, sisal, and chalky paint colours for a relaxed, tailored scheme. Use it on accent chairs, cushions, or full-length curtains where the light ground will keep the room feeling open.

Use it to add a warm, tailored glow without overwhelming a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
