Verini Velvet Ochre Flat

SS25 Images - Verini & Rewilding Fabric

Verini Velvet Ochre Flat brings a warm ochre ground to a flowing botanical repeat, with teal leaf forms and soft blue flowerheads lifting the surface. The result is sunny but grounded, with enough contrast to keep the design lively.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a rich ochre background with a matte-velvet look that softens the pattern and gives the surface a warm, inviting depth. The repeated leaf arches, teal foliage and pale blue floral clusters stand out clearly against the yellow base, while small terracotta accents add extra warmth. Woven in a composition of 59% Polyester, 24% Cotton, 13% Viscose and 3% Linen, it has a balanced handle suited to Accessories, Drapery and Upholstery. With a usable width of 142cm, a 20,000 Martindale rating and treatable FR suitability for both drapery and upholstery, it is practical as well as decorative. The 35cm horizontal and 23cm vertical repeat gives the pattern a generous rhythm that reads especially well on larger pieces.

How to use it

Use this ochre version to brighten a statement chair, ottoman or curtains in a room with timber, cane or painted blue details. Its warm yellow tone works particularly well where you want pattern and colour without losing a relaxed, lived-in feel.

Use with natural woods and chalky blues for a sunny, characterful room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
