Islabank Lime

Lochore Meadow Fabric

Islabank Lime has a fresh yellow-green ground threaded with ivory, giving the close-up weave a softly luminous appearance. Its compact rows create a distinctly tactile surface rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The fabric’s small, closely packed weave is formed from rounded, nubby horizontal rows, with pale ivory threads interrupting the lime tone. The colour reads as a warm, yellowed green rather than a cool botanical shade, and the raised texture catches the light in tiny highlights across the surface. No performance features are noted for this fabric, so its appeal here is primarily its colour and visibly substantial woven texture.

How to use it

Use Islabank Lime to bring optimistic colour to an upholstered chair, bench or headboard, pairing its yellow-green tone with warm whites, natural timber and quiet neutral textiles. The ivory flecks help soften the brightness while retaining a lively, tactile finish.

A lively lime-and-ivory woven texture that brings tactile brightness to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
