Lochore Castle Sunset

Lochore Meadow Fabric

Lochore Castle Sunset is a richly textured woven cloth in deep berry red, enlivened by scattered ochre, rust and muted purple flecks. Its compact surface gives the colourway a warm, earthy depth rather than a flat solid appearance.

About this fabric

The visible weave is dense and irregular, with small raised threads and short horizontal bands creating a tactile, softly weathered surface. Deep wine-red and berry tones dominate, while amber, ochre and rust-coloured flecks catch the light across the face of the cloth. Occasional pale threads add subtle variation without breaking the overall dark, warm impression. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm berry-red colourway on a statement armchair, footstool or occasional seat, balancing its ochre flecks with aged brass, walnut and soft neutral upholstery. It also suits layered, collected rooms where the irregular texture can sit alongside leather, timber and woven accessories.

Pair this richly flecked berry weave with warm timber, aged leather and muted ochre accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
