About this fabric

This Sapphire colourway has a rich midnight-blue cast with subtle charcoal undertones, so it feels restrained rather than vivid on the eye. The plain design style and low-key texture keep the surface smooth and smart, while the finish in the image absorbs light for a matte, usable appearance. Made from 100% polyester and specified for contract use, it is built for demanding interiors, with a Martindale rating of 60,000 for high wear. It is supplied back coated to cigarette & match to BS5852, and after care is professional dry clean in situ. The overall effect is a practical dark blue that still feels polished and composed.

How to use it

Use this shade on banquet seating, club chairs or clean-lined sofas where a deep blue will anchor the room. It pairs especially well with pale oak, brushed metal and crisp neutrals for a sharper contrast.
