About this fabric

This Modena colourway is a plain contract fabric in 100% polyester, with a hard-wearing 80,000 Martindale rub test and a back coating supplied to Cigarette & Match to BS5852. Visually, the pile/texture has a velvety, slightly speckled look that shifts between shaded evergreen and brighter moss highlights as the light moves across it. The overall effect is grounded and quiet rather than glossy, making the green feel dense and enveloping. It is also washable at 40°C or suitable for professional dry clean in situ, with further care notes available in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use this forest green on an armchair, banquette or reception seating where you want a deeper, more settled colour than emerald. It pairs well with walnut, brass and pale stone, letting the varied green texture provide the interest.

A rich mossy green that brings depth to tailored upholstery and contract settings.
