Danube Stripe Ember

Danube Fabric

Danube Stripe Ember pairs a softly slubbed ivory linen ground with irregular vertical stripes that drift between warm ember, muted burgundy and pale blush. The open, light-catching weave gives the colourway a relaxed, naturally understated presence.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 137cm-wide fabric is catalogued for curtains and has the fluid, lightweight appearance suited to window treatments. Its uneven stripes are more organic than rigid, with deeper ember-burgundy lines accompanied by finer blush accents. Across the ivory ground, the warm red tones appear softened rather than saturated, while the linen texture catches the light in subtle shifts. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Use Danube Stripe Ember for full-length curtains where its ivory ground can brighten the room and its warm ember and burgundy lines add gentle definition. It works especially well with natural timber, chalky walls and quiet, textural furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
