Faroe FabricLF2042

Faroe Moonbeam is a finely textured grey herringbone with a cool, softly mottled appearance. The closely spaced chevrons give the pale-to-mid grey surface quiet visual movement without becoming busy.

About this fabric

The small herringbone is clearly visible across the cloth, formed by fine light and dark grey threads that create a subtly tactile, woven surface. Its cool moonbeam tone feels restrained and modern, with a gentle softness rather than a stark charcoal depth. Composed of 16% linen, 18% viscose, 20% cotton, 40% wool and 6% polyester, the 137cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery. It is graded for Contract and General Domestic use and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use this cool grey colourway on a tailored armchair, sofa or fixed seat where its small herringbone can add texture without introducing a strong pattern. It also makes understated curtains alongside charcoal, black, pale timber or softly coloured upholstery.

A cool grey herringbone with enough structure for upholstery and a clean, tailored curtain finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
