Hartland Paloma

Hartland FabricLF2191C

Hartland Paloma is a closely woven small-scale geometric check with a cool blue-grey ground, threaded through with muted lilac, pale blue and warm tan. Its compact pattern reads as textured and finely layered rather than bold from a distance.

About this fabric

The woven surface combines short horizontal and vertical marks into a regular checked design, with flecks of lilac, dusty blue, cream and brown-tan visible between the darker blue-grey lines. This colourway has a cool, quietly complex character, while the warmer tan notes keep it from feeling flat or overly cold. At approximately 137cm wide, it is supplied for fixed upholstery and is graded for Contract and General Domestic use. The composition is 13% Linen, 20% Polyester, 21% Cotton, 3% Acrylic and 43% Viscose; after-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use Paloma on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat where its small check can sit comfortably with plain blue-grey, oatmeal or muted lilac textiles. The blue-grey base suits cooler interiors, while the tan flecks can link to natural wood and warm brown details.

A tightly woven small-scale check that brings cool blue-grey depth with softened lilac and warm tan accents to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
