About this fabric

This colourway shows a muted terracotta base with rosy red-brown undertones, lifted by the natural speckle and cross-weave of the cloth. Its 30% cotton, 25% viscose, 15% linen and 30% wool composition gives it a dry, tactile handle and a grounded textile character that suits everyday interiors. With a 40,000 Martindale rub test and upholstery grade for contract and general domestic use, it is well suited to both fixed and loose cover upholstery, as well as curtains. The plain pattern repeat and 137cm width make it an easy, versatile choice when you want colour without visual busyness. After care is dry clean only, and the fabric is stain resistant.

How to use it

Use Rosebud to bring warmth to oak, walnut or painted neutrals, especially where you want a richer alternative to beige. It sits particularly well with chalky cream, tobacco leather and muted olive for a layered, contemporary scheme.

A warm, muted terracotta that works beautifully across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
