About this fabric
This colourway has a muted terracotta-brick depth, with the velvet pile catching the light to reveal softer red-brown undertones. The composition is 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, giving it a substantial feel suitable for everyday use. With a 100,000 Martindale rub test and an upholstery grade of Contract and General Domestic, it is well suited to both loose cover and fixed upholstery as well as curtains. The plain design and 137cm width make it straightforward to pattern-match and practical to cut.
How to use it
Use Brick to add warmth to neutral interiors, where its earthy red tone can anchor a sofa or armchair without feeling overly bright. It also works beautifully for curtains in rooms with timber, leather or aged brass finishes.
A warm, tactile velvet that brings depth and richness to both seating and soft furnishings.

Pairs well with
Omega Velvet 4 Brick is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
